1: Your tenant submits a work order need through their Rent Perfect portal.

2: You review the work order and send it out to your
preferred vendors.

3: Your vendors review the opportunity and accept the work order.

4: Your vendor works directly with the tenant to schedule and complete the work.

5: You review the completed work and pay the vendor.
