Our Traditional account is just that… the traditional way of tenant screening! This old girl has been with us through the years, and is our trusted friend. Traditional accounts are mainly for the Apartment Complexes and Property Management Companies because of the process needed to qualify you to receive the credit reports in this manner. Credit reports and background investigations ordered in this manner will allow you to enter the applicant’s information manually, but without the use of our applicant portals, lease, or invite method.
To qualify for our traditional account, you will need to contact us to be sent the user agreement packet. All parties involved in your company (partners, brokers, etc.) will need to sign the account paperwork in addition to the main person creating the account. After we have received the completed user agreement, you will need to send us these required documents:
- Three completed and signed rental applications or agreements (either existing tenants or new applicants are acceptable).
- Copy of phone bill showing the company name or contact name is associated with the phone number written on this form.
Once we have the required documents, we will then charge a $75 inspection fee, to pay for a third party company to inspect your main office and examine it for certain necessities that the credit bureau requires for any companies that view credit reports. Once we have charged your card the inspection fee, the inspection company will contact you to schedule an inspection date. Once the inspection is completed, you will be contacted and given a username and password into our system. From there, you will be able to order background investigations and receive credit, criminal, and eviction history from our private investigators. Pricing with this product is based on volume of expected monthly reports and can be discussed with the Accounts Manager.
