Criminal Only

For certain landlords, the only important information when qualifying a tenant is knowing about their applicant’s prior criminal and eviction history. If that applies to you, our Criminal Only account is the perfect fit for your screening requirements. This product will allow you to have the exact same criminal and eviction search as the other programs, but without the need to qualify to view your applicant’s credit report.

To sign up for this account, you will click the Sign Up button on the top right hand side of this page. Once you have created your account with us, please send us an email or call us to let us know you are choosing to use our “Criminal Only” account. Once we have heard from you, your account will then be enabled to run reports without credit.

Because you are not ordering using a Connect invite, you will need to have your applicant fill out your paper application forms and will have to collect payment from your applicant.The charges associated with this account will be going to the card you have on file with us. The charge for each applicant is $27.50, and will be paid automatically by you upon ordering your report.

If you would like the opportunity to have both Connect and Criminal Only accounts depending on each property’s needs, you will have that ability to use both programs in your online account.
